6700k Core voltage dropping alot during tests

I am trying to overclock my 6700k past 4.5ghz but to get a stable 4.6 I need to set the vcore to 1.4 because of the massive voltage drop. In cinebench r15 my vcore starts at 1.392 in cpu-z and drops to around 1.35 and Aida64 to about 1.36. Any help would be appreciated.

Thats called VDroop. There should be a setting in your motherboards bios to compensate for the vdroop. Its in different settings depending on the motherboard but take a look around for the setting. That should help
