Red light next to ram

hey guys i just finished building my PC and everything works fine , but there's a red light next to my ram slots , always on . i tried turning the xmp off/on . what could it be

Only problem i have is : my screen sometimes goes black and comes back on in two seconds , or i can see glitchy flickering for a sec then its fine , donno if its a monitor issue or what . tried DVI / HDMI , other wall socket . nothing helps .

That's EZ Debug LED indicator - manual page 39.
There are 3 leds - cpu, dram, vga. They light up, when there's a problem with particular device or it's not being detected.
For example, when VGA is not present, VGA led would light up.

You said, you don't have GPU. So, VGA led is on - it's normal.

no graphic card yet , i'm using the integrated GPU .

Bios screen glitches into boot screen meaning that i can see bios splash screen while the system boots , only a visual glitch then it boots up n i can use the computer with no problem at all . i can see the red light next to my ram slots and also screen goes black for 2 seconds or becomes glitchy for a sec then its fine for several minutes .

ok here is how it happens

when i turn on the computer there's the bios splash screen and then next screen suppose to be the boot screen with that loading circle but in the background i can still see the bios splash screen instead of windows 10 logo ( loading circle is still present ) . anyway . i login and everything is fine . sometimes ( very random ) the screen would just turn off for a second or two then it comes back , and the visual glitch ? it happens very rarely . but when it happens its like a quick flicker on a corner of the screen only or glitchy lines . it happens more when i run a game . happens once or twice then its all fine .
tried DVI and HDMI cables . its been 3 hours and no visual glitch so far but its so annoying not knowing what is causing it , and worse than that , i just bought all the stuff .

i just bought it , do you think i can send the monitor back if its faulty ? will they send a new one ? i bought it from the B & H , still have the box and everything .

man non of the CPU / GPU / VGA lights were on i checked it , that light that was on apparently was from xmp , i turned it off , visual glitches went away and the light turned off . but what the hell . now my 3200 mhz rams run at 2130 ?

anything i can try or do ?
