Can this videocard attach this mother board?

I have a A78M-E35 MSI motherboard and im wondering if a PCI express 3.0 x16 videocard can attach this.

if you go to the official specs on MSI website it will show you

So yes, it will be able to fit and subject to having a PSU that will be able to power your card (if your card even needs extra power) you should be ok.

Oh okay thanks and btw what does 2 slots mean, Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 Windforce OC 4G this is the video card i meant and does it fit my motherboard?
