Hi im planning to upgrade my pc but im confused, which should i upgrade first processor or graphic card?

Specs:
Pentium_Dual_Core_E5700_3GHz
2gb ddr2 ram
ati radeon hd 5400 1gb

Heres what im supposed to do but im worried about my budget. ($100 above)
Upgrading processor from Pentium_Dual_Core to Amd Phenom II X4 965

Or

Upgrading Graphic card from ati radeon hd 5400 to Evga Geforce gtx 1050 ti

Update: Sorry, i forgot...that i have another motherboard (Asrock N68C-GS FX), im gonna upgrade the ram too. But (i know this sound stupid) how do i check my power supply?

1. such is not possible, amd cpus are not compatible with LGA775 motherboards

2. you dont mention the make and model of your power supply

3. really need at least 4gb of ram, optimally 8gb if you have 64-bit windows



best answer: dont waste money on it, save for a new build
