Does the difference between haswell and haswell refresh matter?

On the CPU support list for the motherboard I'm getting (http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=5158) it says that the core name for the i5 4460 is 'Haswell refresh'

But from where I'm buying my processor from (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intel-Core-I5-4460-BX80646I54460-Haswell-Quad-Core-Processor-LGA1150-HD-Graphics-/172404448336?hash=item28241b1c50:g:4QwAAOSwQYZW0vNJ) it says nothing about it being by haswell refresh.

Does this mean that the CPU and motherboard aren't compatible or does it not matter at all?
Thanks.

So this CPU is compatible with this motherboard?

Yes. All 4460's are Haswell Refresh, which just means they're in the 2nd wave of Haswell CPUs to be released. The 4460 "Haswell Refresh" replaced the 4440 at the same price. Your board lists support for the 4460, so it will work.
