Best z170 Motherboard $100-200?

My computer will be running an i7 6700k, and I want to overclock it as much as possible (Why not). I don't want my motherboard to be limiting my OC. My computer is under my desk, so LEDS aren't that important, but I prefer if possible. Also, I prefer the best integrated audio possible (High-End Audio listener).

My current choices :
- Asus z170 Pro Gaming Aura
- Asus z170 Maximus VIII Ranger
- Gigabyte z170x Gaming 7

Asus are typically the best for mobos followed by Gigabyte, and the Maximus VIII Hero is one of the best Z170 boards despite being a little over the top.
The Ranger isn't quite as good value, and i'd go with the Z170MX Gaming 5 if you were going micro-ATX, great value board and what i've been testing out for the past few months with no issues yet and great OC performance.
