Low FPS in most games with i5 4590 and GTX 1060

I recently got a new GPU, a Gigabyte 1060 6GB's, and paired it with my i5 4590. Before the upgrade, I had a 750 TI and could usually run games at a steady 60 FPS at a combination of Medium to Low settings. Now, with the 1060, expecting that it could handle Ultra on titles like The Division, Battlefield 1, and 6 Siege, I cranked all my settings to ultra. Sadly, I run about 60 FPS with constant drops to the low 30's or 20's in most of my games. Tweaked my settings down a little bit, followed some optimization tips, and still get little over 60 and constant stutters and drops. Really noticeable in The Division, just running around, it will go from 60 to 30 and lower. In Battlefield, any type of firefight will bring the yellow packet stating "Low FPS" FPS will drop from 60 to the 20's. I'd appreciate some help or just some tips, its kind of a been a bummer so far.
