Need help finding drivers for a gaming PC

This is my first time building a gaming PC and I'm having trouble finding the drivers for my parts. The operating system I have installed is Windows 10.

My parts are:
- CPU: Intel i3 6100
- Motherboard: Asus H110M-R HDMI Motherboard
- RAM: 8GB DDR4 2400MHz
- Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 1050ti 4GB
- Sound: Realtek® ALC887-VD 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC

What drivers are you having problems with? The motherboard would have come with a disc, with all the motherboard drivers. I would get graphics drivers, from Nvidia. You may need to fully update win 10, before you can install them though.
