AMD and intel coming in on the finish line of my first time budget building

That's easy, the Intel is the better gaming option. The i3 6100 already beats out the fastest of the AMD Fx cpus in many games and it has the better upgrade path. I do however suggest getting a better quality PSU to help the longevity of the system

The CX450m is cheaper, better quality and will easily power those specs even after some upgrades.

If you want something a little bigger the 550w version is still cheaper than that Rosewill
