So, I'm trying to make a budget "Gaming" PC, and I have a few choices
I can get Asus P5q for $20 Usd,
Gigabyte P35 for $18 Usd
Or should I go for DDR3?
G41 for $24 Usd.

I've heard that the p5q is good at overclocking, and i'm interested in overclocking my cpu, is it true?
Is the overclock worth it over the ddr3?
Also what's the difference between the P45 and P5q, I can't seem to find it anywhere?

This is all old kit from Jurassic Park.
You have not stated what CPU you want to complete your pre-historic build with.
If you can get an Intel Q series LGA 775 chip and a descent used gfx card, you might have a chance of running at medium settings with lots of other settings turn down.

Hmm, i would either go with Q9xxx one or modded xeon. Probably going for xeon because it's cheaper, and I mean ALOT.
I got a GTX460 for $30 usd, and I won't play heavy games with build. Probably the heaviest game i'll play is Gta 5, maybe Battlefield4
I don't really care about res and settings, I can play with 720p low and be fine with it
