Will leaving my PC running for 13-16 hours ruin it?

I dunno if its the correct board but anyways, I'm downloading Rainbow 6 siege on steam(23.1GB) on a transfer data 4mbps/s and it will take about 13-16 hours to finish downloading, I wanna ask if there is no danger if I let my gaming pc awake from 5 PM to the next day ( might be 5 AM- 8Am) until it finish downloading.

The fans and possibly coil whine from other components.

The only thing I hear from either of my 24/7 PCs is the cooling fans. When I'm watching TV on my HTPC, the sound of the fans is drown out by the audio from the TV. Same goes for my all purpose PC. The sound isn't loud enough to disturb me.

Well 3 case fans is a bit excessive. If your computer is just downloading, you can just unplug all the case fans, and that should quieten it. Otherwise you may want to adjust the fan curves on your CPU using SpeedFan, or GPU using MSI Afterburner.
