Hi, I just finished building my pc, when I plugged the power in the motherboards led is not on. Also the fan Isn't spinning. I plugged the f_panel correctly. Checked if the 24pin connecter and 8 pin connecter is plug in to the motherboard. I have unplugged everything and plugged it back in. Nothing. The power supply is on, because I can hear the hizzing sound.
