Windows 10 Pro downgraded to 7 pro

Hi,
I have just bought a HP 280 G2 MT Desktop similar to this http:// which came preloaded with Windows 7 pro downgraded from Windows 10 pro. Can I install Windows 10 Pro at a later date with the supplied Win 10 Pro disk? Would I require any additional product keys during the install? Please share your opinions.

You can upgrade on that system at any time. You won't need any additional keys.

We have a ton of HP Z series workstations where I work. They all came with Win7 Pro installed. Each of the system came with both a Win7 pro and Win10 pro install disk. When I've upgraded to or reinstalled with win10 pro using the supplied disk, I've never had to enter a new key.
