update graphics card

I also have a Optiplex 760 regular full size desktop and want a better graphics card,any ideas and do i need to upgrade the power supply?

if i rememeber right youre gonna have to get something short, the Optiplex line up has their motherboard on the left side rather than the right side like most cases do meaning the GPU cooler will be facing UPward, there are chances if the gpu is too long it will come in contact with the cpu cooler, or rather it wont even fit at all since the cpu cooler is in the way
