best budget gpu under 140$

Im building a computer for my self for Christmas. My parents are buying me parts. Since i dont have a small load of a million dollars i need a cheap gpu. Its will be paired with a i3 6100. I have corsair cx430w psu. I was looking at a gtx 950 for 109$

(2x8)gb sticks of ram DDR4 (30$)
250gb hard drive (16$)
360gb gs ssd(Free)

That site is excellent for finding a link to the best deal on any product you need. So just type in rx 470 to their search bar and then it will link you to the major retailers like newegg or amazon. Then you can use standard payment options at the retailer site.

There are AMD RX 470's on newegg for $159 after rebate. If you can up your budget to that range it would be much more powerful. Check slickdeals.net for rx 470 and Nvidia 1050ti deals

If you can swing a few extra bucks the 470 for sure. If not the 1050ti is your best card under $140.
