is the gtx1060 3gb model? if so screw the 1060 theres only roughly 10fps diffrence from the 1060 3gb model and gtx 970. the prices in your country are similar to mine (korea) but that price diffrence in 1060 is just god dam stupid, i dont know man...with both red and green team releaseing all the new stuff and prices already dropped it wont go down any further until team red decides to release their new gpu (which is a few years from now)

unless you have someuse for your 660ti I would go for it.
selling your 660ti by yourself can give you a small benefit but not a huge one that its worth risking a potential "client" for it
again, I would go for it

i think i will grab the deal

a new rx 470 is more expensive than a used or new 970 here

one last question

my rig will be good for this card? aiming at 1080p?

i7 2600 with evo cm 212

maximus 5 extreme

12gb ram ddr3

psu cooler master gx 650w 80 bronze

yes i know but im hesitating right now not because of the deal
now because of the coil whine and temps this gpu could have

some page says that the temps for load is 80 and horrible coil whine :/

will my psu be good?

your psu is more than adequate.
ask the client if you can see it on a test run, ask him politely saying that youve been scammed before and youd like to take precautions, even though you trust him. if he agrees you can run a basic benchmark like unigine heaven and see if there are any defects on the card like coil whine or noise problems
