Just got an RX 480 4GB, and I'm getting extremely low fps in BF1, like 5-25. BF1 graphics settings don't seem to matter, and in the process of testing I saw both Afterburner and GPU-Z reporting pretty low power draw for the graphics card, around 40 watts. GPU usage was around 10-25%.
Is this a GPU issue? It's a 750W PSU, but it's pretty old. It is plugged into a UPS, but it's 810w.
Other hardware: i7 2600k@3.4, 16GB ram, BF running from an SSD, Maximus IV Extreme-Z mobo.
