need a build for 800 dollars

whats the best build i can get for 1080p gaming around 850 dollars.
I want to play games on ultra at 1080p some games i play are fallout 4, skyrim, and battlefield.

I would like to use the Fractal Design Define Mini C with window
this is the what i build with pcpartpicker but i'm not sure if its good enough

That's a good build that should be sufficient. I would recommend that unless you are going to do overclocking, you could save a few bucks buy getting rid of water cooling and instead using the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099. With that saved money I would recommend 16GB of RAM as opposed to 8, but that's my personal opinion. Other than your specs should suffice for those games.

EDIT: I'm now realizing your case is MicroATX. Look at how deep the case is to make sure the 212 EVO will fit.
