I bought an AMD Fx 9590 Processor and I had the AMD Fx 6300 before with the Msi 970 Gaming Mainboard.
But the Amd fx 9590 doesn't fit into the MSI 970 Gaming Mainboard so I have to buy a completely new Mainboard.
I found 2 good Mainboards but I can't decide. Can you guys tell me whoch mainboard is better and more priceworthy?

ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z
or
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0

and also can you guys suggest me a good case for my pc? My current PC Case is very small and since the msi 970 gaming mainboard is only 12 x 10 x 2 inches big it fits into that small case, but the only mainboards which are compatible with fx 9590 are at least 14.7 x 3.6 x 11.7 inches big.

The FX-9590 will "fit" in the old board. It uses the same socket as all the other FX processors. But the FX-9590 isn't listed on the CPU support list probably because the FX-9590 is a 220W CPU. However, OC'ing the FX-8350 to 4.7 GHz in that board results in same exact CPU as the FX-9590. Probably at the same or higher wattage.

However, if you want to upgrade to a new board, the Crosshair is as good as you can get. Is it worth the premium over the M5A99FX PRO R2.0? Not in my opinion. At least not for any benefit I can see. You won't be OC'ing the 9590 much, if any. It is just about at the max of its clock speed now.

The case will depend on how much you are willing to spend. If you want to stay on a budget, the Cooler Master...

If you want to spend more, the nzxt h440 is a really nice case for the money. I recently built with that one too. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=nzxt+h440&ignorear=0&N=-1&isNodeId=1
