Need to upgrade my graphics card(I have a Geforce 8800 GTS currently)

I am currently looking to upgrade my Graphics Card. I have a Geforce 8800 GTS currently and want to upgrade to something cheap as I plan to redo everything next summer.

My Specs:

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ 3.00Ghz
Ram: 8GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. M61P-S3

My Monitors:
An Asus 1920x1080
A Dell 1680x1050

The main issue is I believe my graphics card is crashing on my ASUS. Any help would be great!

Thanks Elbert. I know, I plan on just starting fresh around May hopefully next year. Just I need something for now so I can get by since I have a little bit of cash to help patch up the problem.

I will look into that than! I am just a casual gamer currently so I use my computer for personal and gaming. I mainly play Steam Games currently a ton of Rocket league. I also watch a lot of YouTube so I have had some issues when high quality videos play so I know I need to update a lot just the money isn't there for a new motherboard, cpu, and all that sadly. Plus I want a new cooling kit too.
