Is This Gaming PC Worth The Money

so i was looking around as i want to get a new gaming pc and stubled across this on PC World
its a HP omen gaming pc reduced from £899.99 to £699.99 ive done a little research and the gu seems good (normally prebuilt pc's compramise on this ive been told) is this pc worth the money and is it as good as its said to be? the specs are:

It's "OK", nothing more. It has some components that adds to the price, even for a large manufacturer like HP - such as the Z-series motherboard but a non-overclock processor. The graphics card is old and I'd not recommend it at all. It's still a high-end card, but things have moved on a lot since then.

HP does quirky stuff, all the time, I have seen a few HP builds and they always do some weird shtaku that no-one else does.

To me it looks like they were cleaning out their old, obsolete stock, throwing it together and selling at a discount.
