It's the 4gb version but yeah that's a legitimate card.

There's no reason for it to be doa... it's sold by newegg themselves, there's no reason to be skeptical about it. It's just competitively priced so that more people buy it than they buy other cards.

Reviews are generally a bad way to judge a product. Remember that the majority of people don't even review. The only people that review are people that were either really impressed by a product, or had issues with it, and wanted to complain.

Powercolor is a 2nd tier AMD vendor along with HIS and VisionTek, but I'd still get that card over any RX 470.
