Can I get help re-installing Windows on a new SSD?

My new SSD just shipped in today to replace an HDD that crashed, but I have no idea how to go about re-installing Windows. My case has a "Windows 7 Pro for Refurbished PCs" stickers with the product code, which I'm assuming is what I use to get Windows back. But do I have to put that copy of Windows on a flash drive first? A step by step walk-through would be much appreciated, and I'd just look it up, but if I have any questions I'd like to be able to ask them. Thanks!\

After-note: Is it possible to upgrade Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10, or do I have to re-buy?

Solution
1: Download your preferred windows ISO file
2: Download the Microsoft ISO USB installation tool (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool)
3: Create a bootable USB with the tool
4: Boot from USB
5: Proceed with the windows install

If the key is still valid, yes

Great, I'll be back in a bit with results. Thanks for telling me that!
