budget cpu cooler for 6700k

i have chosen 3 budget low price cpu cooler for 6700k,
i may OC a little bit may be 4.2-4.4Ghz
antec c40
cooler master hyper 212x
thermaltake ring silent 12
In my country noctua, cyrorig are not available.I have a very limited number of choices.

I have the i5 6600k and the CM Evo Hyper 212 does a really good job, provided the its supported with a cool case temp for which I have 5 case fans.

What country are you in, what retailer are you using and what is your budget?
The 212X should be more than enough.

4.4ghz is doable with pretty much any metal piece with fins on it tbh.
ofc it depends on ur pc usage.
if u just browsing web n facebookin it, anything works.
if its 12hr gaming a day then u would want a name brand. i suggest Be Quiet coolers. i use it myself. looks great, quiet, and slim version for compatibility or simply for the slim look.

4ghz -5ghz? umm tbh u should cap it at 4.6 beyond that ur sorta stepping into shifty grounds and u dont want to be thrifty on parts doing so.
as for thermaltake ring 12 i have no say.
i only recommend parts that i've tested myself and Be Quiet srs is the only cooler ive used.

The ring 12 is fantastic value, performs very well for the price, get that if you can at a reasonable cost.

I can get that at around 40-41$.
for the hyper 212x it would cost
33-34$. but reviews on the internet says Thermaltake one is a bit better than hyper 212x.

The thermaltake is much better than the 212 Evo, and quieter too.
Nearly on par with the Cryorig H7, and tbh one of the only good budget coolers thermaltake have made in recent memory.
