Hello, so recently I bought my friends old Asus GTX 960 2GB DDR5 for really cheap, when I came home and plugged it into my PC slot and then connected it with my TV it worked flawlessly.
After testing it on my Television, I went onto my old monitor (HP 1702) 15.6 inch square monitor.
I used a DVI-I to VGA Adapter because my monitor only has a VGA port, well, display came until the windows boot screen and it went away as soon as windows came to boot in.
Then I pluged my PC back to my Television through HDMI Cable, I turned up the resolution and it worked fine with HDMI too.
Hence, I thought DVI Port is not in good condition, so I ordered a HDMI to VGA Adapter and I tried it again with my PC and it didn't work.
Well, then I used the HDMI to VGA Connector with my OLD GPU (Radeon HD 7750) and it shows display in my monitor, but when plugged in with 960 it doesn't.
PS : When I used my television, I maxed out the resolutions, does it affect anyhow the connectivity when I come to connect it with my monitor?
PC Specs.
Processor : AMD FX-6300.
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-78lmt-s2pt
