As title said I have accidentally overwritten a session in session manager with 400 plus tabs. It was not deleted but simply i clicked on the session and saved new tabs and overwrote it. Since i have not opened that session in a few weeks there are no other copies in the old or deleted sessions but just a few minutes ago all the tabs were there. How would i go about finding it if possible?

I watched a silent youtube video that seemed to indicate sessionstore bak might archive some firefox data as well but you have to mess around and changed the file type etc etc. I am not an expert in that and didnt wanna mess with anything.
