No idea, they're both recent releases, benchmarks are scarce for both.
You should expect a solid 60fps Ultra for Watch Dogs 2, if you're not getting that turn down shadows and make sure AA is at 8x. Dishonored has been riddled with performance issues though, not sure about that one.
