4670k cpu cooler and motherboard?

I have an i5 4670k cpu and im planning on overclocking it.
What cpu coolers do you recommend? Also i have a dh87rl motherboard, which I think doesn't support overclocking so if you guys could recommend a good motherboard that would be awesome.

Asus z97 pro gamer or the MSI z97 gaming 5 or 3, it might be difficult to one tho

You will also need a decent PSU.

The 4670k isn't a great overclocker, 4.2-4.3 average, anything over that and your lucky.

I'm suprised that you say that because the base clock is 3.4 ghz and i think 4.2 is a huge improvement
But anyway, I have a gigabyte Superb E720 psu that should be enough

The 4670k has a boost of 3.8Ghz so its only going from 3.8 to 4.2-4.3. The 4690k was far more likely to hit 4.4-4.6
