So recently I took the MOBO out of a Dell 660s and put it inside of a Rosewill Line M. I have a Thermaltake tr2 600w PSU, 6 GB of RAM, i3 2120, and a Seagate 1tb hardrive (No GPU Right now but there is on Board Graphics). I hooked up everything and when I plugged in the PSU and pressed the power button nothing happened. The interesting part is that when I took off the 20+4 pin connector and connected the green and the black wire everything was powered that was plugged into the PSU (Except the mobo 'cause it wasn't plugged in); the fans started up and I heard the HDD spinning. Do you think it's because I do not have the Power Switch plugged in properly? Thank you! All suggestions are appreciated!

Solution
I figured out the problem! I had to do some guessing and checking with the power switch connector. the mobo is from a dell computer and there are no manuals on where the switches go because in a dell all of them are included in one single connector. After I found where it went I just pressed the power button and everything is working fine
