Motherboard is a ASrock z170 Pro 4s. Case is an nzxt s340 and I have the h100iv2 cpu cooling unit. I have no idea how to get the fans on the radiator and on the case to both work. Idk where to connect the case fans into the motherboard ultimately. I didn't think having my case fans not working was an issue (cpu tempos are always 23, 40 under heavy load and gpu doesnt usually go above 70) until I decided to try the witcher 3 on my new rig and my gpu was going to 78-83.

I couldn't get through the full set of manuals to all your parts, but it does get a bit complicated when you have a motherboard with fan control, a liquid cpu cooler, and case fans with a fan controller.

In general... the h100iv2 should have a plug that goes to the cpu_fan (#2 on the motherboard diagram). It should have a power cable that you connect to the power supply.

The case manual is difficult to read, and often one needs to look at it to figure out how to set things up. It looks like your fans have a molex connector, which means they might or might not be controllable off the motherboard. If they have small 3- or 4-pin cables that fit on CHA-FAN on your motherboard (#9 and 21 on the motherboard diagram, if I'm looking at the right one), then your m-board will control them. Otherwise they might get power and run at constant speed from the power supply.
