Slow boot time with Intel SSD in Windows 10

I just put together a new PC. I used a Gigabyte gaming 7 z170 motherboard, Intel core I7-6700k CPU at 4.0ghz, 32gigs of RAM, on-board graphics (I haven't bought my graphics card yet) and windows 10 home. I am using an intel 750 series PICe SSD to boot from and my boot time is between 30-40 seconds. I have tried all kinds of different settings, I disabled CSM, I turned on fast and then ultra-fast boot, I disabled XMP, uninstalled my antivirus, etc. With everything I tried my boot time was still between 30-40 seconds. It seems to me that there is something wrong here.

By boot time I mean from when I push the power button to when I have a usable desktop in windows. Once I push the power button I get a black screen for about 10-15 seconds, then a screen with the option to enter BIOS for about 5 seconds, the a screen with a windows loading icon for another 10-15 seconds. I am super frustrated and out of ideas on what to do. Please Help!

Ok, thanks for the reply. Plus it looks like slower boot times are a problem with the Intel SSD's. Something about PCIe drives booting slower than a SATA drive. So I guess its normal. Its not like I hate it because because it takes 30 seconds to boot instead of 15 I just want to make sure there isn't something wrong.

my motherboard does have a fast boot and ultra-fast boot option. I have tried both and it had little effect on boot times. A couple seconds at most.
