Hardware and OS disks on initial startup

On Monday, my RAM and OS disk should come by UPS. Those are the last two pieces before my build is done. In addition to having a disk for Windows 8.1, I also received a disk with my mobo and my GPU. For my initial startup, what order should I go in for those disks? Would it be mobo, OS, GPU?

Thanks!

Solution
the disk with the mobo is only drivers for windows...

Make sure you install with just the disk you intend to install windows on connected, connect other disks once windows is installed (obviously with it powered down).

If win10 won't play it, 8.1 won't.
You install the os using the windows install disk.
Then, you will want to install the drivers contained on the cd that came with your motherboard.
Particularly the internet adapter driver so you can connect to the internet and activate.
Lastly, you could install the gpu driver cd, but most will go to the internet and download and install the more current drivers.

8.1 for game compatibility. I'm looking to play Civilization, which is older. It's also cheaper.

Thought there would be some pre-boot things to configure in the mobo...glad I asked. Thanks!

Well, you found my hot button there.
I am a big Civilization fan.
I build a pc just so I could continue to run civ 2.42 which only runs on a 32 bit os.
For that, I am using a G3258 overclocked to about 4.0.
2.42 runs just fine using the integrated HD graphics.

I can also start civ IV BTS. It runs at 30fps using integrated graphics.
It looks playable if you accept that scrolling the map looks a bit stuttery.

On my main machine is where I play Civ IV.
I use a GTX980ti and a 4k monitor.
graphics is smooth and the frame rate is capped at 60fps.

Same with Civ V. it has options for DX9 and DX11; not DX12.

To date, the time for each turn seems limited to the processing capability of a single thread.

You would be well served with the i3-6100 which has a fast clock @3.7
Integrated graphics HD530 would probably be OK
