Secondary HDD not showing up in Disk Management?

I just did a re-install of windows 10 on my 250GB Samsung 850 EVO. I unplugged my 1TB WDBLUE and my OTHER 840 EVO and installed windows normally.

I then go to plug in the SATA cables again and I see that those drives are not showing up in Disk Management. Before I installed windows, I didn't format them... which i probably should have done.

When I go into the BIOS, the drives are showing up as connected, but Windows just doesnt recognize them . What's Odd is that they were working just hours before, and plugged into the same SATA plugs.

Any suggestions?

Did you configure those disks as dynamic?

Check Device Manager. Any yellow exclamation marks there?
Did you install chipset drivers?

Edit: Did you plug only sata cables into those drives? What about power cables?

I fixed it by booting into install media and then cleaning it with disk part from CMD.
