Am I better off using GPT or native support for drives over 2TB?

I'm finally changing over everything to Windows 10 from XP. With XP I had to use Paragon's GPT for XP to utilize my big drives. With 10 and my new motherboard, I don't need to. Should I leave them as GPT or remove it?

You will still use GPT with the new OS, you wont need software to set GPT.

The new motherboard (UEFI) apparently doesn't play well with MBR so I had to convert my boot drive, 120GB Samsung SSD, it to GPT.
