I have been experiencing this problem since I bought the GTX 750ti.
On the first boot, whenever I benchmark the GPU, the FPS is not constant. Heavy FPS drop is seen. When I restart the computer, that quickly solves the problem. The GPU works perfectly and the FPS is constant at 50.
I've tried reinstalling windows and updating to the latest driver of the GPU but to no avail.
My system specs are:
CPU: Intel Core I5 3570
GPU: Palit GTX 750ti
MOBO: ASUS P8H77M-LE
RAM: 8GB Kingston 1333
PSU: Seasonic S12-II 520W
