First off there is a HUGE difference between a A10 and a Intel i5 2500. If you have a choice between the two definitely go with the 2500.
CPUs typically do not create bottlenecks with midrange video cards and below. I think you would be find with a GTX1050.

You won't notice any bottleneck with the i5 (my friend has the same cpu running a GTX 1060) but you will notice some bottlenecking with 7890k
