I just got this AMD pc with:
FX-8350
rx 480
8gb ddr3 ram
1 tb hdd
and I try playing pretty easy games to run like insurgency, and not matter what graphics settings I put it on, the thing runs great for a little bit, then dips down to 30 fps and 40 fps. When I run GTA, similar deal happens here too, with no matter what settings I put it at, it runs fantastic at 80 fps and 60 fps, then dips down to 35-45 fps when I start driving. I know this Pc can run better than this! But I have suspicion that it's the AMD processor messing everything up. I also look at MSI afterburner and my graphics usage is terribly unstable... going from 2%-100% over and over very fast. Please help with any experience or knowledge.
