I just got all my parts for my new PC and assembled all the parts and there's no video.

Radeon R9 290x
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32gb (16bg x 2) DDR4
EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 T2 PSU
I've tried my video card and the integrated graphics. I tried 1 ram stick in every slot. I also took my motherboard out of the case and tried it outside of the case. It has a q code of 80 and keeps running bit I'm not hearing a beep, so I guess it's not posting. If someone could help me out I'd appreciate it.
