New non gaming laptop

Hello everyone.

My friend came to me a day ago wanting to buy her grandma a new laptop and I have no experience with laptops so Im here now.

As far as Im aware its minor tasks she would be doing nothing too extreme, but not too slow and also OS beiing windows 10 pro so we can help her if she needs it.

You can buy a basic laptop, but if you can sacrifice space for speed, go for a multi core cpu laptop with a SSD. The difference is huge in performance.

I work in a computer repair shop that also sells laptops. The number one thing I preach the most when it comes to buying laptops is to not buy consumer line laptops. The business line of laptops are so much durable and you will see a higher level of performance. Lenovos Thinkpad line has my highest recommendation.
