Are these gaming pc builds good?

Hello. This is already my third post but changed some things and I now think that I have come to good solutions to pick parts for gaming pc.

I try to state as much info as I can for my intentions / questions for these builds. I don't know if I will miss something here or don't know about something because I kinda am a beginner in this building thing.

- Will these parts be compatible together in both builds?

- I will try to get 144Hz out of that monitor and I heard that the monitor needs to be connected to graphics card via DVI-D cable. Will this be possible in both builds and will the cable come with it?

- I am not planning to overclock but I might want to keep parts overclockable since it will become old some day and it might be time to overclock then.
And also, for example, that i7-6700k isn't really much more expensive than i7-6700.
Will those parts work fine together without any need of overclocking or setting anything (yet)?

- My builds have cpu coolers in both. In cheaper one, Air cooler, and in more expensive one, liquid cooling.
Are those enough so I won't need additional CPU fans or anything?

- Is there anything I should change in either build? I'm open for suggestions. Except I probably won't need additional suggestions about mouse or keyboard since I pretty much have chosen those up to my liking. However, you may suggest other monitors if there are better for these builds.

And here are the builds:

Here. Keep in mind that the i5 6600k would be more than good enough if this is just a gaming build. The i7 certainly wouldn't hurt though if you can afford it.

Swapped out a few of your parts in the more expensive build. Either build will certainly do what you want it to, the more expensive one will allow you to do it for longer.

As for the questions:
1) Yes they are compatible.
2) Both the monitor and the cards come with a DVI-D link, but you (I believe) could also use a display port cable, which both of these come with as well. I'm not 100% sure how much the throughput of HDMI has increased in the last few years, if you use a newer gen HDMI it's quite possible that they have the throughput to go to 144Hz, but a DVI-D cable will certainly work.
3) These will both be more than sufficient for what you're asking it to do. In newer titles, it might not always reach 144FPS at ultra settings, but both will be very close.
4) Both of those coolers come with fans. With the AIO, you would only get new fans if you wanted a better set to go on the radiator than the (likely) cheap ones they throw on. With the 212, it comes with a fan. You would only get another fan if you wanted to run it in push/pull.
5) I didn't get this far before looking at the builds. See above.

if you are only going to game at 1080 which the display suggests the video cards will be unused for the most part, I did not see a VR headset in the parts list so I would get a 1060 for gaming at 1080.
I agree the second system is not worth the difference.

1080p @ 144Hz--more taxing than VR.
I would personally go with CTurbo's build (at the moment), but I might throw the 1080 in. It's a fairly sharp price increase unless you go for one of the cheaper ones, and even then it's ~$200 more expensive. Comes in cheaper than both of those builds though, and is still rock solid.
