the two errors i get are "page fault in nonpaged area" and "IRQL not less or equal(i think is what it said)", recurring issue, happens once or twice a month, cant reliably replicate. already checked memory and ran chkdsk.

i7 4790k
asus rog maxximus viii gene
samsung 840 ev0: 1x 120gb, 1x 250gb. seagate barracuda: 1x 2tb, kingston hyper x savage 2400 2x8gb.
happened with both evga gt740 and gtx980ti installed
has happened with both win7 ultimate and win10 pro

the only fix i found that seemed to work for a bit was:
1. removing the page file(its located on the 2tb)
2. restart
3. run checkdisk (errors were found this time, not before)
4. restart
5. designate page file again (16gb on seagate cuda 2tb)
6. restart.

im looking for a fix that is a bit more permanent.

hey m8 sorry but i can't help much, there is a point with blue screens where you need to invest money for parts to further debug and if your problem is like once every 2 weeks , i don't know if it is worth it.

The rest of the things you can do is bios update and update all drivers or a bios update and then a clean install would give you more chances of fixing your issue.

Check your RAM with memtest86 and let it pass at least 2 times! (Better if you run 24h+ the longer the better)
Also check for bad drivers! Just get a driver tool or update them manually. This COULD BE a driver problem.

How many errors were found with chkdsk?

You can try to run your PC with the onboard graphics and look if it works without crashing.

Did you overclock your graphics card? Are the fans turning?* did you try fully uninstalling your drivers too or just updated them?

i have in the past, but for the sake of this will uninstall and re-install my graphics driver.

its my understanding that ntoskrnl.exe is the NT kernel thats crashing? what causes that? as it seems to be more frequent.
