Boot BIOS-only OS on a UEFI-only system?

Hello.
I have a machine which is UEFI class 3 - without CSM, how can I boot a OS in BIOS mode?

UEFI is supposed to be backwards-compatible, so there should be an option to enable that somewhere in the UEFI.
