Hi guys, my computer randomly crashes while I am gaming. Kind of like the power is pulled. I have done CPU temp tests with no issues and checked the windows event logs only to see my system randomly shutdown. No help there.

Solution
The error you're getting can be caused by software so firstly have you tried using DDU to strip off your display drivers before reinstalling them?

If that doesn't help then:

1) What is your motherboard and have you checked for an updated BIOS?
2) Are you overclocking CPU or GPU?
3) A 450w PSU is the mimimum recommended for the 270 according to most sources so are you connecting anything else to the system?
4) Does this happen in all games or just certain games?

Personally I would probably clear off drivers, background programs, disabled AV, disconnect printers and other hardware. Failing all the obvious software solutions I would try a clean install of the OS. Failing that I would take the GPU out and try and run some light games or...

Please list your full spec, possibly a power issue so also check the voltages in BIOS 12v and 3.3 etc. If your PSU is old, a bad brand or underpowered for your GPU that can also cause the PC to turn off like this.

You have probably reached the point at that stage where you should try swapping out hardware.

These sorts of problems can have a lot of causes so it's really just a case of trying to rule things out from the socket in the wall upwards. What you've seen so far is that this problem happens when the computer is under stress i.e. playing a game.
