Sorry, I have asked before about which brand should I go for (gigabyte g1 or Asus dual OC edition ) and a lot of people told me to go for Gigabyte G1 Rx 480 4gb.

When I went to see reviews on YouTube all of them were indicating that the gigabyte have heating issues (75-80c) all the time even at 100% speed fan

Now am getting confused.... I know msi is the best one out there but i can't afford it unless Amazon drop the price a little bit.

Yeah you should be perfectly fine with it.
Just DON'T stress test it as it can draw huge amounts of power if you let it with little benefit.
Reduce the power limit by 10% when you get it.
Buy it now while its on sale then save your cash back up, it is well worth it.

Here's what I mean btw, the 'max' benchmark they have is under stress test load, very unrealistic: https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/R9_Fury_Tri-X_OC/28.html

You can undervolt the RX 480 and be just fine with either of those models. If you undervolt the G1 you'll be under 70 degrees below 75% fan speed, atleast I predict so.

I don't mind buying from newegg, my budget is 220$ and the card is 230$ (newegg) and 240$ (Amazon).

So I either need to wait 2 weeks to get those extra 10$-20$ (plus the shipping to my country) or wait for the price to drop in Amazon or newegg

Believe me it's not cheaper here...In fact its way more expensive like double the price (I live in egypt)
You have to spend like 350-400$ to buy Rx 480 (life is good)

Which is why it's way cheaper to buy from Amazon or newegg

Ah, I see. :(
Egypt is one of the few places where it absolutely sucks to buy PC parts, that's a shame.
I'd go with a GTX 1060 3GB though, it performs identically and cools much better which should be a benefit given the climate.
