After formatting my laptop am not able to use my radeon graphics card after some advice i tried to install catalyst centre but while installing it crashes and show blue bios page.please help me with this am using windows 7 with 64 bit lenovo

Personally I would suggest you check for laptop drivers on the laptop maker's site rather than the creator of the chip. In your case check Lenovo's site, find your laptop model and see if there are video driver updates. Laptops may require more specific software than PCs, at least that's the perception I have.

Can you boot to Windows normally for the time being? I assume you got a blue screen error rather than seeing the BIOS page. If it's a blue screen there should be more information as to the nature of the crash on the screen.
