Would a Ultra LSP V2 Professional 550W be good enough for a Rx-480 and Fx-8350?

Currently I have a Fx-4300, and a r9 270 XFX. I was thinking about upgrading, but I'm worried my PSU might not be enough. Some of my friends say it work, are they right?

We say, stay more than a mile away from that unit. If they(your friends) will cover your damages in hardware)and quite possible the household as well due to a fire) then you have our blessing to buy it and move ahead in life. If not then Pick out a unit that is as close to Tier 1 and ofc pick out a unit that can deliver at least at least 650W.

Might I ask what your full system's specs are looking like at this point with the RX480 + FX-8350?
