HDD problem missing space.150g from 500g

Hello i just formated from windows 7 to windows 10.I also changed my cpu and ram to 16g.My problem is that after the format my hard drive is missing space.i searched in disk management and there is no partition there to activate.

OK, so you are not missing 150gb from a 500 gb disk, your 500 gb disk is acting like it's 150 gb total. Try a different SATA cable and maybe a different port, start the setup again and see what the disk options tell you.
What exactly do you mean by "missing space"? A formatted drive will not have the exact same disk space shown in Windows as it does on the box.
And Windows 10 setup is 11 GB, add to that the swap file, the restore reserved space, the recycle bin space, etc...

When you did the new setup in 10 did you full delete all partitions on the drive and create a single new one?
