This issue happens after 2016 May,I do not fix it till now.
Pc gets crash at random time as black screen suddenly and restart itself after while playing Path of exile and csgo.
Playing other games like tomb rider, doom4, dark souls3,mental gearIV and witcher3 without any crashes.
I built this pc in Jan,2015 and did not change any hardware afterwards.
some method I tried so far:
1)I tried to update all drivers to the latest version after black screen issue happened but it did not work out.
2)Update the Bios of motherboard did not work out.
3)replace old intel cpu fan with better one did not wort out.
4)reinstall games, Dx , drivers did not work out.
5)running Furmark for 20mins shows no problem.
6)running stress test for cpu by Occt shows no problem.
7)running stress test for cpu by adai64 shows no problem.
8)running stress test for psu by Occt shows no problem(this one I am not sure, app does not show up any error message and I am not familiar with psu terms)
These are parts of pc.
Motherboard: asrock B85 Anniversary
Gpu: MSI GTX970 Gaming(red one)
Cpu: Intel Xeon E3 1230v3
Ram:G-skill Ripjaw 4gx2

SO,,, any advise to solve it? (RIP ENGLISH)

I know you said you've already tried to reinstall the drivers, but doing it manually may not have cleaned out the junk files, so try the following method, it's pretty quick only taking maybe 20-30 mins.

If you have graphics or driver issues, one of the most common fixes is a clean uninstall and removal of your graphics drivers.

To uninstall your drivers, first download and run Display Driver Uninstaller, and follow it's recommendations of booting into safe mode and ect.
(This is a direct download link so you don't grab the wrong version)
http://www.guru3d.com/files-get/display-driver-uninstaller-download,20.html

You'll download a compressed file called "[Guru3D.com]-DDU.zip"
Right click and choose extract.
Go into the folder and run the DDU v##.##.exe
This will extract more files to this folder.
Run Display Driver Uninstaller.exe
Choose Yes when it asks you to boot into SafeMode.
After you've rebooted into safe mode.
When DDU comes up, if it hasn't selected your GPU manufacturer (Nvidia/AMD/Intel) then choose it from the drop down list
Press the Clean and Restart option
If a window comes up asking to disable the Windows automatic installation of display drivers click yes.

After (or before removing the old drivers, just put the new ones on the desktop or somewhere handy) rebooting back into Windows, manually download the latest drivers from Nvidia or AMD, don't use auto detect, choose you GPU model and OS from the drop down lists.
Nvidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
AMD: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Intel: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

Does not work. I did reinstall video drivers with "clean installing" and I did clean junk and cache of it weekly.

How long did you run those stress tests for?
How long into playing CSGO/POE does it take before it crashes?
It could be RAM, so give Memtest a try, but it's odd that only the low-end games cause the crash: http://www.memtest86.com/

Also i may require a reinstall of Windows, because otherwise we'll have to start swapping hardware. I'd start with swapping out a different GPU.

Also:

I would suggest you to disable automatic restart on system failure and check for the error message you receive on the when the computer shuts down and post back with the exact error message you receive on the blue screen. Once we have the exact error message we will be in a better position to determine the exact nature of the issue and fix it.

Follow the steps below to disable Automatic restart on system failure:
a. Click on Start.
b. Type system in the search box after clicking Start. Choose System from the list of results.
Note: If you're viewing the Classic View of Control Panel, you won't see this link. Simply double-click on the System icon and proceed to Step 4.
c. Click on the System link.
d. In the task pane on the left, click the Advanced system settings link.
e. Locate the Startup and Recovery area and click on the Settings button.
f. In the Startup and Recovery window, locate and uncheck the check box next to automatically restart.
g. Click OK in the Startup and Recovery window.
h. Click OK in the System Properties window.

You can now close the System window.

From now on, when the computer shuts down the PC will not automatically reboot and you will receive the error message, make a note of it and post it back.

All term "crash" I used below will be referring "black screen and reboot itself'
How long did you run those stress tests for?
30mins and 1hour, i mean I tried both .(apps I used is furmark,occt and adai64)
How long into playing CSGO/POE does it take before it crashes?
Random time and constantly happening.Could be just 2mins after game starts ,20mins or other random time.
Csgo crash happens more oddly, when black screen happens, it usually happens while I play csgo in map mirage connector, window and A ramp area.(Z and mid red in cache,Z and A site in train)
Poe is like more random, sometimes it crashes just right away I load into town/maps, walking around in map without any monsters surrounding me and etc.
There had being no problems (i was lucky perhaps) in some time period(around Nov.18th): Csgo had no issue and path of exile constantly stopped working as ntdll.dll error.(but I did not change anything)
Reinstall windows7x64.....
Will I lose anything in my disk? I never did reinstall windows before lol.

And there is NO blue screen shows up after crash and rebooting.(sorry my system language is not English I will try make a simple translation)
there is only black color backgroud option menu that says "windows last time was not shut down properly"
then where were options all like start windows in safe, safe with commcands and safe with internet.
or start windows normally

and event log about error are same that I post firstly in this topic.

Follow the steps below to disable Automatic restart on system failure: I have done this before I post this topic.

thank you for replying me <3

Yes, reinstalling windows will cause you to lose everything on your disk, but if you want to fix CSGO and POE, it may be required.

You'd want to backup your save games to an external device like a USB drive for your single player games like the Witcher before reinstalling windows.

Let us say, put reinstalling windows at last, anything else like any clue u could get from the latest reply?

Make the system crash, then run through event viewer to find more details about what specifically is dying on you.
http://www.howtogeek.com/school/using-windows-admin-tools-like-a-pro/lesson3/

You can try swapping hardware (like try GPU first, than Ram) to see if the situation improves.

The question is, what will take more time, reinstalling windows, or trying to find the tiny specific thing that may or may not be broken in windows. (I doubt it's the hardware because it seems to only crash in specific programs)

Anything in this folder will help and give clue to figure out?
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue

Yeah, but did you even read what that error says? It just says the computer restarted unexpectedly, i.e. you pressed the power button or reset button.

If you can't find anything in the event logs saying what's crashing, then there's nothing to investigate.

Nothing in the event logs saying what is crashing except kernel power 41(63).
This is too odd :c
