So I've been having graphical issues for a week or so now, first it started when restarting my pc, at the Asus boot screen the background was bright green so obviously there was something not right. That hasn't happened since then but now I'm getting problems with these pixels on my screen. Last time they showed up I rebooted and they were gone but now they have returned.
Do you think this is a gpu issue or monitor issue?
I'm using a R7 260x, I checked the temps and they all seem normal.
