Please help guys. My motherboard is asrock z97 extreme4 and I can't get into my bios because I can't connect a keyboard or a mouse. Is there a way for me to get into my bios by something on my mobo or how do I set my bios to default. Thanks guys this is urgent

I can't access my bios because I disable all my usb ports.

Why on earth would you disable all your usb ports lol? Clear the CMOS, there should be a jumper on your motherboard or I think you can still remove the battery on the motherboard while its unplugged for a few minutes to clear it. That should erase all the settings you changed in the bios and enable your usb ports.
